Yonekura shot down!

On Monday, actress Yonekura Ryouko (33) had her first ever shooting scene for TV Asahi's dorama special "Koshonin Special ~The Negotiator~".

It's a special to an action and suspense dorama of the same name that aired in January 2008. Yonekura is playing a woman who is working in a special department of the police that use their unique negotiation abilities to settle conflicts like hostages, bomb threats, etc.

This time they have to fight against repeated kidnappings in the metropolitan area and are put under gunfire right from one of the very first scenes.

It's the first time that Yonekura wearing a device with fake blood to make it look like a real impact of a bullet, nonetheless she's delivering a splendid performance when collapsing in the middle of the street. However, it kinda felt like a scene from popular police dorama "Taiyou ni Hoero!", but that probably was unintentional.

"I just gave up all thoughts and did it without being embarrassed. It was pretty much my first experience of being shot by a gun and it was a lot of fun." Yonekura recollected the scene with a lot of self-confidence.

The special is going to air on the 28th at 9pm.
