On the 3rd, actress Tabe Mikako (20) attended a preview screening for the NHK's upcoming morning dorama "Tsubasa". Tabe will have the female leading role in that dorama and it's going to start airing on the 30th, Mon~Sat at 8:15am.
The protagonist Tsubasa (Tabe) is a girl who plans to succeed her father's confectionary store after graduating from junior college. The whole family dorama is wrapped around her character. "It's a very enjoyable dorama with a lot of chaotic characters." Is there anything she has in common with the character she's playing? "We are both wavering with out dreams. When I see all my friends who are trying their best at finding a job, I start to ask myself, 'Am I really okay with how it is right now?'" Tabe also said that she wants to go on a journey 'to find herself' once that dorama is over.
