Actress Toda Erika (20) can currently seen as a newbie detective in the Fuji TV dorama called "BOSS" and now had the honor to do the season-opening ceremony in the Jingu Stadium before the match between Yakult and the Tokyo Giants.
Toda made a refreshing appearance in her black tank top and jeans. In the dorama she's more like a convenient problem child, but her pitching in ceremony was more than just accurate. The stadium went nuts when she threw the ball straight into the pitcher's mitt without a bounce despite her thin arms.
She couldn't stop doing the V-signs after this success. "I felt an incredible feeling of achievement and accomplishement!! Just before the opening ceremony I had the chance to play catch with Yakult catcher Kawamoto Ryouhei, that gave me a little self-confidence." Toda commented with a very bright smile.

Yay, Erika! It's great that she was able to impress people.
I just wish she'd get a nice leading role in a drama - or a movie soon. That supporting stuff doesn't give her the chance for a real breakthrough role...
Wow... She played baseball.
