Actress Toda Erika (20) had a handshake event on the 10th to celebrate the release of her newest photo book called "Vivace" that went on sale on the 1st this month.

She can currently be seen in the Fuji TV dorama "BOSS", but on the other hand she's also a fashion leader in a way. For her new photo book she went to places like Rome for the shootings and cut a really good figure while wearing all the various dresses, some of them even designed by herself. Glamor and all is great, but in this photo book you can also see that Toda even looks good all natural, like when she just got up or when she's about to lie down.

The day of the event was also the Mother's Day and the reporters wondered whether she gave her mother one of her personally designed one-piece dresses as present. "They don't suit her, the designs are too cute..", she answered. What kind of present would she like to receive, if she was to get one? "A coupon for a shoulder massage to cure my stiff shoulders! When I was small, I gave one to my mother." Her answer caused a lot of laughter at the event.
