Trailer for 'Keitai Shousetsuka no Ai'

Posted by: Pori in , ,

Film company Ace Deuce Entertainment is ready to offer up a twist on the recent cell phone novel-related movie trend with Kaneko Isao's ultra depressing "Keitai Shousetsuka no Ai" (Love of a Cell Phone Novelist). Unlike the romantic love stories typically associated with cell phone novels, this film will take a decidedly less idealistic angle. The film features gravure idol Tashiro Sayaka who recently starred in the far less serious "Rinko Eighteen".

Quiet high school student Ai is obsessed with cell phone novels and dreams of becoming a cell phone novelist herself one day. But without any first-hand experience with love, she feels like she has nothing to write about. It's then that she starts hanging out with a delinquent named Tomoki and, solely for the sake of her novel, she experiences her first kiss with him and loses her virginity soon after. The relationship continues to fuel her writing as she experiences everything from gang rape, drugs, and pregnancy, but when Tomoki finds out what she's been writing he suddenly becomes abusive. Ai's writing eventually makes her a huge success as a cell phone novelist, but she's about to be faced with even more tragedy.

"Rinko Eighteen", a porn comedy

Total Media Corporation (TMC) put the trailer for Jodo Hideo's "Rink Eighteen" (18 Rin) on their official Youtube channel. It's based on a 2-volume manga by Matsumoto Taka and was serialized in the "Young Champion" 2007 by Shoten Akita.

The story is about an innocent girl named Ikeuchi Rinko (Tashiro Sayaka) who intends to become a doctor someday. However, one day she comes back home only to find a letter saying that her parents got divorced and that she has to live on her own now. Homeless and desperate, she takes the first job she can find. What she didn't realize is that it's a job working behind the scenes for an adult video production company. Apparently the head of that company is the extremely handsome Sawakura (Kawai Ryunosuke) and so she puts in all her effort into the job, but her youthful innocence makes her a fish out of water right from the beginning.

"Rinko Eighteen" will be screened for 3 nights at Cinemart Roppongi beginning on Friday, April 17th.

Here the trailer and some allusions might not be for everyone...!
